Through the Save Them All Horse Rescue Redesign, I developed scenarios that explored different user journeys, from the initial landing on the site to specific actions such as adoption inquiries or volunteer sign-ups. These scenarios allowed me to anticipate user needs, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement. By mapping out these user-centric narratives, I utilized the redesign to guide users through their unique pathways and encourage meaningful engagement with the rescue.
